Melbourne Heart Make The Play-Off Finals
After securing a 1-1 draw against Adelaide United FC, Melbourne Heart booked their place in the A-League Play-Off finals in only their second season. It’s a fantastic achievement by the Heart who along their way beat the likes of the Central Coast Mariners and Brisbane Roar.
