Keeper smashes ballboy in face
Sometimes the title says it all… After receiving the ball promptly from the ballboy behind his goal, Argentinian Primera B goalkeeper Gaston Sessa decides that instead of taking a quick goalkick, he’d prefer to boot it straight into the poor lad’s face. To be fair to the ballboy, he takes it like a man… Until realising he can get the keeper sent off, when he’s down on the floor like a shot, clutching his face. Good lad – he’ll be a pro one day.
This is by no means the first time Gaston Sessa has been in trouble for being a mentalist… Watch this assault on former Boca Juniors striker Rodrigo Palacio. Ouch.

Once… Twice… Three times, he saves it!
My Spanish isn’t quite good enough to understand exactly what’s happened here, but due to some fussy officiating, this poor Bolivian goalkeeper is forced to face the same penalty three times in a row… And duly saves each one.
My favourite part is his reaction when he finds out the second save hasn’t counted. That’s some angry running right there.

Here’s former Colombia midfielder Gerardo Bedoya getting sent off in the Bogota derby playing for Indediente Santa Fe against big rivals Millonarios, for a cheeky elbow/boot to the head combo. Remarkably, this was the 41st red card of his career, more than any professional footballer in history.
