  After the debacle that was last week’s show the boys are back (and on time) this week with a belter of a show. After the drubbing of San Marino and the underwhelming draw with Montenegro it was of course England that were the subject of the most heated debate, with Mike, Dan and Andy all weighing in with differing opinions. But it wasn’t just the Three Lions, also under debate were:

  Today’s pubcast was recorded after David Cameron’s historic address to Parliament in the wake of the latest report into 1989’s tragic disaster at Hillsborough Stadium. We discuss some of the report’s findings, including evidence of a truly shocking and widespread cover-up, and pay tribute to the 96 innocent fans who lost their lives so needlessly on a Saturday afternoon at the football.

  Whilst days like today put things into perspective, football carries on, and we wouldn’t be the Football Pubcast if we didn’t give the week’s on and off-field action a passing mention. Amongst the other topics covered were:

  Sign Him Up!! 

  The man, the legend that is Usain Bolt cemented his status as the fastest man in the world last weekend, but did you know he’s a huge Man U fan?! Not only is Bolt a huge Man U fan but he even has aspirations of playing the club one day. So much so that he sent this video of himself having a kick about with some of his mates directly to Sir Alex Ferguson (he didn’t). The man is an absolute sporting legend but I think he might have to put a few more hours in on the training pitch before he’s signed as a Red! Enjoy…….
